Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@leveranne.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Gift cards

Damages & Issues If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.
